    Great read abour yourself

    This book is useful for most people, as we all deal with intense emotions from time to time, externally or internally. It describes in a simple yet insightful way the brain mechanisms behind overreaction, provides a lot of real-life examples, and practical ways to deal with that. More generally, it offers great advice on empoweeing yourself by getting rid of unnecessary emotional silos from the past.
