Theme,  which the author dedicated this book to, is inexhaustible. Using a large number of sources, he made an attempt to express his view about the people, which, though small as compared to many others, attracted from the moment of its appearance on the historical horizon, an ever increasing attention.  Its very origin is intriguing,  Emanuel Velikovsky argued  that both Jews and Egyptians in ancient times were considered people of the sea, based on the views of Charles Berlitz,  represented in his book, "The Eighth Continent", they could allegedly be descendants of the inhabitants of the legendary Atlantis who survived the catastrophe. Spain and mainly Andalusia have been for a long time a residence of a large number of Jews, many of whom have contributed not only to the history of Spain but also to the entire world. According to the author, it could be assumed that it was not the Middle East but South-West Europe that has become  the central  place of the modern Jewish Exodus.
