    Anxiety and depression for dummies

    Wish I had known about the 2nd edition of this book called 'overcoming anxiety and depression for dummies. This one helped point out signs and symptoms I already knew. It did mention journalling and making notes that might help - but I would rather have spent a bit more money and bought the 2nd edition which sounds more helpful. It should have come up on the same page and given me the option. I feel as though I was tricked into the first one only to have it recommend getting the second. Yes it actually recommends it in the first book - not terribly impressed
