Synopsis

The former Presidential Agent's Office of Organizational Analysis has been disbanded. Charley Castillo and his colleagues have retired, and there is an adversarial Commander-in-Chief in the Oval Office. But just because Castillo is out of the government doesn't mean he's out of business. And when a barrel of nightmarishly lethal material is shipped to an Army medical lab, Castillo knows that the people behind it are just getting started...

Wow. What a disappointment. Up to page 150 was background from previous novels. If I read another "vis a vis" or had to compare one more "the former or latter but was the latter" I would have burned the book. It was like they had run out of words then filled in the rest with "how to prepare the perfect alcoholic beverage". What a waste of time. It would have been appropriate to move directly to page 320 and finish the book. What was more annoying was my ability to determine and separate the writing style of both authors. Shoddy workmanship.
