A must and definitely need today.

Wow. So much I was not aware of to avoid so much unnecessary anger. I felt like I wasted so much of my life due to being angry and defensive most of the time because I was treated differently as a child. Thank you so much for your uplifting, encouraging, inspiring incentives that are easy to understand and therefore I can more quickly change my angry thoughts to speaking out my needs instead. An excellent book. Thank you wholeheartedly.
