I have been in direct sales for 6 years now and wanted to brush up on basics + I am always looking for training material for my team. I think the book presents info in a very easy to absorb way, but is too vague and basic. It is probably a good read if your are in the first hour of considering the profession of direct sales. However, I will not recommend this book to sales people on my team and therefore can't recommend it to anyone else.
