A good tool for your life's tool box.

Having worked in management that involves daily working with people for number of years, This books sums up most of my experiences for good management and confirms a number of things that I have come to learn through trial and error and ups and downs. If you are lucky to find this book earlier in your life or career read constantly until it becomes second nature.
