I absolutely love this cookbook. Many very simple recipes and, once you have the basic items on hand (fish sauce, ginger, green onion, cilantro, some form of protein, soy or tamari sauce), you can easily throw something together without much forethought. The Easy Thai Omelette and (our family favourite) Crispy Thai Omelette have become family favourites at our house. The cookbook is worth the price for the Crispy Omelette alone.
