I am writing this for everyone that has tried to lose weight and can’t seem to keep it off. I have figured out how to lose the weight and continue to keep it off. Without having to stick to a workout program that puts your body through a lot of pain. I know now what I can eat and how much I should be eating to keep my body feeling good, looking good and most important maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I know that this sounds like a lot of other success stories on some of the big weight loss diets website. Those stories are probably true and those other programs may have worked for them. I’m not saying that any diet is bad I’m just saying that they didn’t work for me. I did learn a lot from all of those other diets that I have tried. I mean everything that made sense to me anyways. I don’t think anyone should have to take a diet pill to lose weight. Why should you? In my opinion diet pills are a waste of time and money. I’ve wasted so much money on diet pills and enough time to take 100 vacations.
