    Old Edition

    I was so excited to find an economical way to purchase this book and downloaded the Kobo app for my computer. Disappointed that this book is the old version (display however shows the updated cover). Know that there were important changes in the new edition (i.e. white potatoes now allowed). Still a great book, just false advertising.

    I liked it

    The book is clear and it is easy to understand their point of view. I enjoyed reading it although its not what I wanted to hear. Who doesn't want to eat whatever they want?! I did a whole30 before reading this book, using their website for information. I now have additional information and resources to use when I start my next whole30

    Maybe a solution

    It isn't for the faint of heart, but the whole30 has worked for me. If you want to feel great, buy the book, accept the tough love, and start today.

    It Starts With Food

    A great restart to a great way to deal with food. Starting my 30 day restart tomorrow, get rid of some old bad habits that have snuck back in.

    For anyone who recognizes the bad relationship they have with food (and that food has with them) this is a very well written book on how food affects you physically, hormonally, psychologically and what you can do to change it! If after reading it you decide to do the Whole30 30 day challenge described, I can guarantee it will change your life, in one way or another. The book explains a lot about the science behind why we feel full, cravings, and especially how a lot of the processed foods we eat today change us (typically not in a good way). This book outlines a truly sustainable way to change the way you eat forever if you are willing to put the effort in. I have been recommending it to everyone I know!
