    Internal time

    It's always a difficult prospect to turn scientific research into a readable book for laypeople, in my opinion Roenneberg has done an incredible job. Easily understood, extremely interesting and very applicable to our everyday lives. The fictional stories give the science perspective, I wish more scientists would use this technique to explain their ideas. (note: this isn't a self-help book, he doesn't tell you how to apply the knowledge, you have to work that one out for yourself. In fact, most of the book is about why general rules for everybody wouldn't work.) I would highly recommend everybody read this, particularly employers and school principles
