"Crunchy Scrunchy Veggies" is the title for this cookbook but don't let the title fool you as it isn't a book of strictly vegetarian recipes. It could be considered as vegan but the real intent of this cookbook is easy to make side dish recipes. That isn't to say that these could not be used as vegetarian and vegan cooks because most of them can be. Several are not what one would consider as a "vegan recipe" so that needs to be noted.
