Great book for anyone with dogs in their life

I was a fan of Dog Whisperer when it was on the air and I always thought that Cesar Milan knew what he was talking about when it came to dogs and how to get the most out of the relationship one has with their canine friend. This book confirms it for me. You essentially get an in depth explanation of his familiar energy based pack leader techniques along with some anecdotal stories of dogs and people he was able to help. The is a little bit of self promotion as well as he talks about his new show a fair bit but it is still done tastefully and with humility. I would recommend this book to anyone who has or is thinking about getting a dog.
