This report describes a business model for redeveloping empty, and often derelict commercial properties in the UK. The plan requires an investment of 600,000 pounds per venue, including a 100,000 operational buffer, excluding up to 200,000 to renovate the building. When executed properly, this model may generate a turnover of 400,000 to 1,200,000 pounds per venue per year. However, the report is offered “as is”, without any guarantees, and the author accepts no liability for any decisions or actions that may or may not be taken on the basis of the report. The report does include startup budgets, a color scheme, a brand name, and analyses, but is not exhaustive. It is based on two case studies carried out for Portsmouth (not included).
