    "I could never give up cheese..."

    ...and you don't have to! Non-dairy cheese is undergoing a revolution, and Miyoko Schinner is right at the forefront. These are genuine cheeses, cultured, aged with the textures and flavours you're looking for. There are a few simple recipes, and others more complicated and time-consuming. A real range of styles and effort needed.
