You need to do two things in particular if you want to get perfectly sculpted, washboard 6-pack abs:

1.      Do exercises that target the abdominal muscles specifically, and

    Abs workout for abs of steel

    Hoped this book would be more about exercise routines rather than diet and mindset for completing the work
