Worth to read

This book contains very useful information even people who spent years in training, specialize in a sport or ordinary people going gym three times a week. By formulating the dynamic of fitness it helps you to create and maintain your "personal fitness" Some of the ideas in this book was popping time to time in my mind but couldn't get together with. Writer found good solutions and answers to the fitness concept and place it neatly in this book. If you are interested, it's a worth to read.
