Synopsis

I eat out a lot at both high and low end restaurants and this book did open my eyes a little. I have never waited so I am not familiar with a lot of the behind the scenes. One problem I had with this book is that there is some repetition and little too much whining. The author has chosen this profession so some of the whining is out of place. I often wondered why he chose to work at some of these places. The one takeaway is please treat your waiter with respect and tip well.
