    A great beginners book to mindfulnes

    Just finished my first book on mindfulness, and a great read. However to practise mindfulness its still a long way to go.

    Compassion

    For me the central idea of this book was compassion. For yourself and everything else with a Buddha essence. Don't shame your actions by lacking awareness of what you do.
