old west historical fiction love story

Unique on a number of levels for Blandly--an authentic western--yet with those typical flashes of wild and crazy humor, like the undertaker who doesn't mind burying people who aren't dead, along with a double murder case, somewhat historically accurate, involving Bat Masterson, whom Blandly describes as an "eerie French Canadian." Bottom line, at the end of the day, it's midnight--no, I kid, it's a light, satisfying love story.
