The meditation guide you need to get started.
July 5th, 2015
This book is the best way to get started or further your meditation practice. Have read a few books at the beginning of my meditation practice and found alot of them to give some good insight but it did not motivate me to seat down for an hour and dive into my consciousness. There are many exercises in this book some worked for me and others did not. With the help of my journal I was able to focus on what worked and go deeper into my meditation. The author gives so many examples out of her own practice which explains alot of the things that we may be experiencing in our own. I recommended recording the exercises so that you can create your own guided meditations. The 3 week breakthrough program at the end is worth everything.
