Great with bad layout. Are tech publishers aware?
April 23rd, 2015
It's tough to see the charts, screen shots and command line examples in this book (and every other IT-related eBook I've ever purchased). They are too small to be legible without zooming so one is constantly going in and out of image viewing mode and back to the text. Even in image viewing mode they are too small and one ends up panning back and forth. Also, in this book most of the command line examples are tiny and gray on white. They are completely illegible in line with the text. In image mode, even zoomed, it's tough or impossible to read them. Very frustrating. EBook publishers really should get this fixed as in many cases I've ultimately had to buy a paper copy of technical books because of these issues.
