This is the best of the Dead Before books. Nic's attitude at times gets a little tiresome. The development of the secondary people and their relationships with the main characters is so good as the story lines from all the books makes sense.

    Dead before nightfall

Good story. just too much repeating of the past details as if the reader wasn't smart enough to remember the story line.
