Synopsis

INTRODUCTION
Is Tri-Dynamics the world's best exercise program? Maybe, because it exercises muscles other programs don’t,

BACKGROUND
Before his first skiing holiday in 1980s, Allan J Sweeney read that skiing may tear or damage underused
muscles, and lengthy, difficult exercises take 6 weeks. Because Allan only had 2 weeks before skiing, he
developed Tri-Dynamics, a new system to exercise almost every muscle in the body in 3 minutes. On holiday,
he entered a Blue Run slalom race and won a bronze medal. He’s since taught this program internationally.

WHY IS IT CALLED TRI-DYNAMICS?
1. It’s called ‘Tri’ because it creates a 3 x 3 mini-program for each leg, body and arm muscle group.
2. It’s called ‘Dynamics ‘because it dynamically pulses vibrancy and energy throughout the body.

HOW IT WORKS
Ah, ‘how it works’ is the secret, that’s why you need this book! Suffice to say, it works in a systematic way.
First, a 3-part method helps almost every leg muscle, then a 3-part method for front and back of body muscle
groups, and then a 3-part method for the arms. Plus an extra exercise for stamina.

Also, you only use about 60 of your 650 muscles daily. Underused muscles contain stagnant energy. Release
stagnant energy from up to 600 underused muscles, move more freely, and feel healthier and happier.

SPECIALLY DEVELOPED METHOD
Exercise more muscles than if you cycle or run, and with less stress or worn joints. Alternatives like yoga
take hours. This is faster, gentle and effective.
