I'm in the process of getting started in the food truck industry. I've done a fair amount of reading and research on the subject alreasy. This book has helped a lot with little things that I could have potentially overlooked. Very helpful in breaking down cost of goods calculations as well as examples and breakdowns of key terms. I'd recommend this to anyone who's thinking about starting up a food truck. Especially to those of us who have no enterpurnual experience. Thanks for the valuable information, I'll be using a lot of tips and tricks in the book to help me stay organized and profitable!
