The Belly Fat Diet
November 2nd, 2014
I just finished reading this book and I am left feeling a little unsatisfied. It promised a lot and to be honest delivered on some of its promise but I cannot help but feel short changed. The book is short and direct to the point of being abrupt. It gave me diets plans and foods to shop for but I need to buy the cook book to actually get the full complement of the diet. Why can't the author include everything in one book and just charge a fair price instead of baiting me into buying another book in the series! I know this is how ebooks work but I think it smacks of unprofessionalism and reminds me of an "ambulance chaser" attitude. For that reason I cannot score the book above 3 stars.
