Synopsis

When the moon is full you are invited to join Rumble Drum the Elephant, Rip Rhino, Tops Giraffe, Dudu Dove and their bush friends under the Umbrella tree, next to the waterhole.  Spinosa the spider will be spinning her "Tales of the Full Moon", and weaving her magical, educational children's stories: the adventures of Wally Warthog as he parts with his tail, Zillah Zebra losing her stripes, Splash, the baby hippo who finds her way and others.

These are the stories of Dr. Sue Hart, the "Daktari" vet of Born Free fame.  As a wildlife vet in Kenya and the Kruger National Park, she experienced the circle of life in Africa in all of its full colour, 3D glory, and found the time to write, in between saving the lives of many animals including that of "Boy", George and Joy Adamson's famous lion.  Dr Sue wrote many books including the best seller, "Life with Daktari" on which the popular TV series was based.

"Tales of the Full Moon" is a unique Ebook with links to beautiful audio visuals  of real animals in the bush with authentic sound effects.  Children learn about the secret lives of animals and absorb their wisdom while being entertained by the antics of Merlin Monkey and XiXi, the squirrel.

Fact and fiction are blended to create 'edutainment' at its best; engaging, delighting, informing and inviting the viewer to learn more, and care  about wildlife and the wild places of Africa.
