Synopsis

Jane Walker is obsessed with a mysterious man who visits her art gallery. Her business partner introduces her to the man, Kanin Basileo, and their passion sweeps them into a fiery affair.

Jane views him as the perfect man – a gentleman during the day, and fanastic lover at night. However, Jane soon becomes suspiscious of him. His art collection contains rare and priceless works. He never ventures into the sunlight. Even Valerie, his personal assistant, seems to be hiding secrets.

When Kanin leaves for a business trip, Jane questions her relationship with him. As the warm feeling he gives her begins to dissipate, she decides to call the relationship off, and plans to confront Kanin on his return. But before she can end it, Kanin asks Jane to marry him, and tells her about his troubled past – the death of his first wife, and his death that occurred over six hundred years ago. Then he tells Jane he is the oldest living vampire in the world, and changes into the nightmarish creature before Jane's eyes.

Kanin gives Jane a choice. Become a vampire and live with him for eternity, or suffer the consequences of her rejection.
