Synopsis

Seventeen-year old Sarah's life is turned upside down when her single mom is sent to jail. She's forced to move, leaving behind everything she's ever known, including her best friend Sydney. Lost and bitter in a new school, her one goal is to save money and move back home. Then she meets Angel Moreno.

Enigmatic but gorgeous, Angel is almost too good to be true. Except for one thing, his archaic belief that guys and girls can never be "just friends". The problem? Sarah's best friend Sydney is not a girl.

With their unexpected romance intensifying to places neither ever experienced, how long can Sarah keep Angel in the dark about the guy waiting for her back home?

This is truly an amazing love story. Portraying young love strong and beautiful. Its also explains the importance of speaking truth at all times cause a little lie can turn into a big problem. But in the end, love overcomes things that don't matter.

Een boek om in een keer te lezen het was geweldig maar je moet wel altijd eerlijk zijn niets voor straks bewaren heel goed dat Angel naar zijn hart bleef luisteren en dat alles toch goed kwam

Amazing

The only down fall is that it's not in a certain person point of view it's more third person. If it were writen in either Angel's or Sarah's point of view every other chapter it would have been better

I am somewhat too old to be reading this but it was captivating. You are hooked and trapped into reading the next chapter. A side from a few grammatical errors it was good read.

Enjoyable

This is a great read. I loved the characters although they had their flaws. The writing was okay. The plot was great and the flow was wonderful. It's a short, quick and easy read I thought that Angel's "overprotectiveness" was too much and got tiring sometimes. Sarah was a bit gullible for someone who's supposed to be so mature and wise.
