Bestselling writer Dean Wesley Smith wrote about aliens in many of his ninety-plus novels and hundreds of short stories. It would be difficult to count the number of different alien races he has created. Some goofy, some dangerous, some just flat strange and, well, alien.
The five stories here cover the range. “Dinner on a Flying Saucer” shows how even the strangest human can help win an alien battle. “Cold Comfort” humanizes how aliens could help us. “The Old Girlfriend of Doom” stars the superhero Poker Boy as he fights to save an old girlfriend from aliens among us. “In Search of the Perfect Orgasm” just can’t be described. “Playing in the Street” follows a family’s journey as they become involved in something very alien.
Five of the strangest alien stories you will ever read.
