Two people walking their dog find the body of a young woman newspaper columnist partly buried under the snow in the grounds of Fyling Castle, in Sussex. Detective Chief Inspector‘Foxy’ Reynard is called in to investigate and, as his enquiries spread wider and wider it becomes increasingly apparent there was much more to Rosaleen Sommerton than met the eye. When she's found dead, and Foxy Reynard is set the task of working out who killed her, he's amazed at how many men she seemed to have been 'juggling'
