Synopsis

Phil Ivey has more than 30 World Series of Poker money finishes, an incredible feat for a young man in his early thirties. Phil won his first World Series of Poker title at the age of 23, beating Phil Hellmuth and Amarillo Slim. Two years later, in 2002, he won three more WSOP titles (tying a record with Ted Forrest and Phil Hellmuth for three bracelets in one year), two Bellagio tournaments, one World Poker Open tournament, and two Commerce tournaments. In 2005, he won $1 million at the Monte Carlo Millions tournament, finishing first. The very next day he won an additional $600,000 with yet another first-place finish at The FullTiltPoker.Net Invitational Live from Monte Carlo.
