This is my first experience reading a book about CBT . I found it to be a very useful reading that opened my eyes to some habits and habitual thinking that were actually creating obstacles in my life. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to be a happier person. It is sort of difficult to read, especially in the beginning, but well worth it.
