A great read

Took me a long time to get through as I was bookmarking literally every line and page! Definitely a must read if you are looking to deepen your practice and understanding of meditation and mindfulness. Beginners will also find it extremely easy to read. It is very accessible and didn't have too much " spiritual mumbo-jumbo" Highly recommended.
