I Quit
July 12th, 2014
While, in my opinion, Allen Carr was no great author (I would go as far to say that I think he's quite a lousy one), I did quit smoking using his book. And, I did it with no suffering and with enthusiasm. I give the book five stars for effectiveness, but the quality of the writing rates a single star.
