In fact, it marks the beginning of the last and perhaps most important interview phase - a phase so important that failing to prepare properly for it can undo all your hard work, including providing great answers to tough questions! Asking questions in your interview is your moment to shine - to show off the depth and breadth of your research, to remind the interviewer of how perfectly your credentials fit the job description, and to actually ask for the job! From what to ask, when to ask it, and the kind of answers to expect, this book gives every candidate, from first-timers to seasoned pros, the practical information and advice they need to ace the entire interview and get their dream job.

Another good job search book by Fry!
March 10th, 2014
I stumbled upon one of Ron Fry's books in a bookstore years ago when I didn't need it. It was good, straightforward, and immediately useful. Years later, when I needed it, I couldn't find it. But after many poor purchases I tracked it down and I've never regretted it. This book continues his excellent interview advice, shifting from answering questions to asking them. And he continues to write in a good, straightforward, and immediately useful style. In a high-level job, the questions that a candidate asks can be a stand out characteristic. This book helps you to craft good ones! I You'll use the highlight function often with this book!
