    Great classic of yoga and mindfulness

    Personally, I enjoyed the integrated system Ray developed for mindfulness meditation and yoga. In this brilliant and comprehensive book, Dr. Amit Ray shares the depth of his meditation experience and the breadth of its application in the world. It really is about fine tuning every aspect of your life to be your best! Dr. Ray teaches us how to heal our body and boost our immune system through yoga and mindfulness meditation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn about mindfulness, yoga and wellness.
