To Henry Ross Perot´, American businessman best known for running for President of the United States in 1992 and 1996.  Perot became heavily involved in the Vietnam War POW/MIA issue. He know that hundreds of American servicemen were left behind in Southeast Asia at the end of the U.S. involvement in the war, and that government officials were covering up POW/MIA investigations in order to avoid revealing a drug smuggling operation used to finance a secret war in Laos. Perot engaged in 'unauthorized’ back-channel discussions with Vietnamese officials in the late 1980s, which led to fractured relations between Perot and the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations.

I had the honor to served Mister Ross Perrot late 1980 with his intermediary Attorney Guyden in the negotiation to liberate PoW in Laos, Vietnam Embassy Paris, (e.g) Letter of Credit 10,000,000 US$ Banque de France.

Mister Ross Perrot is the only great semi - official U.S Patriot and man of words I ever had the honor to know during my time as Consul and some official in-official missions from late 1980 till 1995.

For nothing is hid that shall not be made manifest, nor anything secret that shall not be known and come to light... take heed then how you hear...
[Luke 8: 17-18]
