    The Sake Handbook

I bought this book as I do not know anything about sake as I was about to register for a Certified Sake Sommelier course. I read the whole book and make short notes. When I attended the course, I was amazed as to how much I have learnt from both the course. A Must for those keen on sake as not much is written about sake as compared to wine.
