Short but perfect; just what I was looking for.

This book is just a chapter excerpted from another book by the author. But it still stands very well on its own as a short and perfectly distilled introduction to mindfulness meditation. It is also insightful and motivating to read if you are just looking for something to help you get back into it.

    Interesting read

Gives you a new perspective of how to think, and how to be aware of what you're thinking. Definitely a book to reflect back on.
