A captivating title, unfortunately the genuine humour found in chapter 1 was not sustained in this apology of a travelogue. The decision to purchase a motor home and the initiation to the joys of nomadic life were explored at the beginning of the book leading the reader to anticipate a rollicking adventure thereafter. What follows was very disappointing, amounting to a rather pedestrian retrospective of an uneventful journey undertaken by the author and her husband. The observations recorded are mundane at best, often speculative and expressed with very little wit.
