Simply Calorie Counting
All you will need to lose weight is this book and willpower!
I’m Bud Boelhouwer and in the last approximately three years I have lost just over 23 kg (3st 9lb “Imperial” or 50 pounds “US”). Of this I have lost 13 kg (2st “Imperial” or 28 pounds “US”) and my wife 9 kg (1st 6lb or 20 pound) in the last year.
During this last year I have fine-tuned the method I have used to lose the weight and am now sharing the “simply calorie counting” method in this short e-book.
Using the method you should safely be able to lose between 0.5 and 1 kg a week (between 1 and 2lb a week) depending on the effort you put into especially the exercise part of the method.
The method aims at providing a balanced approach between diet and exercise in order to lose weight. Unfortunately it is not a miracle cure and you will need to put in the required effort to succeed. That said the method is very straightforward and easy to follow and will work for anyone!
