    Wish I had this book sooner!

    As a burnout "victim", I immediately identified with this book. All of the symptoms related to my situation, I just wish I had this book in the early stages. Regardless, this book helped me realize that what I was suffering wasn't unique and wasn't something else like full blown depression. While I am starting to feel better and coming back to being how I want to be, I realize that it will take time. I'm glad I will have this book as a guide and I plan to read it again. Thank you to Dina for writing a book that is easy to read, speaks in layman's terms and isn't filled with a bunch of clinical junk. I recommend this book to anyone going through burnout.
