    A must read for those seeking health

    As I was searching for books on good nutrition, this book stood out as one that gives you the truth about your health in today's hectic society. It is simply written in a language that we can all understand. It gives you the facts about today's food processing and manufacturing to the masses and gives sound advice on how we should eat to better our lives. I believe that threw good nutrition and a good vegetable based diet, many of today's malaises can be alleviated. I am the living proof as a person that has lost over 65Lb threw better nutrition. I consider myself a 99% Vegan and have done the Lifestyle Changes to better my life. Many people say "I cannot live without my meat", and I was one of those people, but with a bit of perseverance and will, I have made the transition to plant based foods with huge success. You have to be ready to do such a change, and I was for my longevity to life was and is at the forefront of my being.
