This book is fairly basic and sets out what could be described as structured common sense. It perhaps assumes that significant resource can be deployed in strategic meetings and strategic activities, which is ideologically great but impractical in every type and size of organisation. However the book was an easy read and a good thought stimulator to get the reader into the right thinking zone.
