    Alright if you keep it in perspective

    Most stories are alright, but too many have the 'pray away the pounds' mentality. Also, I had already read the 40 stories dieters soul book.....which are all repeated at the beginning of this book which was disappointing. But a few of the stories are certainly worth a read if you are looking for inspiration.
