    Verbeter gezondheid en energie

    Dit boek boeit mij enorm. Vooral de beschrijving van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de auteurs. Het is haast ongelooflijk wat er bereikt kan worden met het lichaam gewend laten worden aan kou. Het klinkt onwaarschijnlijk maar de wetenschappelijke onderzoeken leveren het bewijs dat het mogelijk is. Ik ben hier erg enthouiast over en ben direct begonnen met het trainen met koude douches. Dat gaat heel gemakkelIjk. Dat had ik niet verwacht. Hiermee kan ik mijn gezondheid (hart en vaat problemen) verbeteren.
