This story will stay with you for a long time. A heart rendering true tale of the early years of a young boy growing up in post war Manchester with a single parent who suffered mental health issues. It covers his fight against an educational system that did not understand his disability, Dyslexia. It takes you from his traumatic birth through the break up of his parents marriage to how he coped by escaping from the cruelty both at home and at school. It is easy to read but also at times a very difficult read. It is published as written through Dyslexic eyes, without professional editing except using the F7 button! This may create difficulties with readers but the author remaining true to himself to give the reader an insight into his disability.
