80-20 Fitness: 20% of the Information that Produces 80% of the Results

Essentially, this is my best attempt at condensing about 6,000 pages of textbooks into 60 Microsoft Word pages. This is the vital 1% of the information that I want to pass on to anyone who will listen.
The title of the book is based off the definition of Pareto’s Principle. The 20% and 80% are arbitrary and simply used to show how in most issues, there is a small group that makes the largest influence in a given situation.
