Synopsis

In his 1970 book "The Hidden Wound," Wendell Berry presented the hidden effect of racism on white people. Racism wounds white men because it gives white men the idea that they are superior to black men. Today Travis Mamone proposes a similar hidden wound--the hidden effect of patriarchy on men. In this e-book, Mamone takes a look at his life and discovers the way patriarchy made him view women as less than human. When he finally discovers the errors of his ways, he resolves to educate other men so that they, too, can be healed.
